How it works

Four steps, and we do the paperwork.

  1. 1
Check your billType your address. We show every line on your 2026–27 property-tax bill and which ones owners 65 and over can waive. Free.
  2. 2
Answer two questionsIs anyone on the title 65 or over? Do you live there? That tells us what you can claim.
  3. 3
We file; you sign where a district needs itWe fill in each form and file it. Some districts need the owner’s own signature on their form; we get it to you and take it from there.
  4. 4
Pay once, after approvalWhen a district approves, we bill you once. Nothing before that, and nothing in later years.
What it costs

One-time fee: half of the first year’s saving, billed only after it’s approved. No card needed, and you keep the full saving every year after that.

Doing it yourself

Each district has its own form and deadline. Look up your address, then choose “Do it yourself” at the bottom of your results page: it lists each district’s form, application window and phone number for your bill. It’s free.
